Order Cancellation Policy
Because every The Political order is printed on-demand, we have a strict but fair cancellation window. Here's how it works.
Cancellation window
You may cancel or modify your order for any reason within 6 hours of placement. Email support@americanshirts.store with your order number and the change requested.
Production lock
After 6 hours, your order enters production and is sent to our print queue. Once a garment has been printed, it can't be unmade, restocked, or resold — which means orders are final after the cancellation window.
Custom and personalized orders
Custom designs, personalized names/numbers, and special collaborations enter production immediately and cannot be canceled or modified once placed. Please review your customization carefully before checking out.
Refund eligibility
- Within 6 hours: Full refund to the original payment method.
- After 6 hours, before shipping: Cancellation is not guaranteed; partial refunds may be possible at our discretion.
- After shipping: Not eligible for cancellation. See our Returns Policy for damaged or defective items.
How to cancel
Email support@americanshirts.store with the subject line "Cancel Order [your order number]". We'll confirm by reply.
