- Tracking can take 24–48 hours to update after the first scan.
Expected delivery timelines
- U.S. Standard: 5–12 business days from order date
- U.S. Expedited: 4–7 business days from order date
- International: 12–25 business days from order date
Common tracking questions
My tracking hasn't updated in a few days.
This is usually normal — packages can sit between carrier scans. Wait 3–5 business days; if nothing changes, email us.
The carrier says "delivered" but I didn't receive it.
Check with neighbors and your local post office first. If it's still missing, contact us within 7 days to open an investigation.
I never got a shipping email.
Check your spam folder. If you still can't find it, email us with your order number and we'll resend it.
