The print-on-demand process

Every garment we sell is printed only after you order it. That means zero overstock, no warehouses of unsold goods, and a product made specifically for you. It also means you get the exact same design every time, printed fresh on a brand-new garment.

Printing technology

We print using direct-to-garment (DTG) technology with water-based, CPSIA-compliant inks. DTG produces soft, breathable prints that feel like part of the shirt — not a heavy, plasticky decal sitting on top.

For certain designs we also use screen printing (for bold solid colors) and embroidery (for hats and select apparel).

Garment quality

• T-Shirts: 100% ring-spun combed cotton, 4.2–5.3 oz, pre-shrunk.
• Hoodies & Sweatshirts: 8.5 oz heavyweight blends with brushed fleece interior.
• Hats: Structured 6-panel mid-profile caps with adjustable closures.
• Mugs: 11 oz and 15 oz ceramic, dishwasher and microwave safe.

Care instructions

• Machine wash cold, inside-out, with like colors.
• Tumble dry low or hang dry to preserve fit and print.
• Do not iron directly on the print.
• Do not dry clean or bleach.

What to expect

Because every shirt is made-to-order, very small variations in print placement (typically within 0.5") are normal. Colors may also shift slightly depending on garment color and your screen. These are characteristics of handmade-style printing — not defects.
